Olina Lodge could go for $220m

As the year draws to a close, many properties are either up on the en bloc market or have been relaunched for collective sale. The latest one we have is Olina Lodge, which is a freehold site on Holland Hill.

Earlier this year, this 84,000+ sqft site was put on the market, with an asking price of around $225m. Now it’s on a $5m discount, and experts are confident that this site will be pretty popular with developers because it’s sits atop a small hill and can be redeveloped into a 12 storey condo.

Given its location and leasehold, it could indeed be popular, despite its price.
